Apex Electrical Solutions – Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Upon Acceptance of Estimate

1. Scope of Work

Contractor agrees to perform the electrical services described in the attached estimate. The estimate includes labor, materials, and a general outline of the work to be performed. Any changes or additions requested by the Customer that fall outside the scope of this estimate must be documented in a written change order, signed by both parties, and may result in additional charges.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

• - Total Amount Due: As indicated on the estimate.
• - Deposit: A deposit may be required prior to scheduling work, as specified in the estimate.
• - Final Payment: Due upon completion of the work unless otherwise noted in writing.

Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum rate permitted under Florida law. Non-payment may result in a lien on the serviced property in accordance with Florida Statutes.

3. Scheduling & Access

Work will be scheduled based on material availability and crew scheduling. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area during normal business hours and to maintain a clean and hazard-free jobsite.

4. Permits & Inspections

Unless otherwise specified, Contractor will obtain all required permits and coordinate necessary inspections. The Customer agrees not to interfere with inspections or regulatory processes.

5. Change Orders

All changes or additions to the originally approved estimate must be requested in writing and authorized by the Customer before work is performed. Additional charges and time adjustments may apply.

6. Warranty

Apex Electrical Solutions warrants all labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Additionally, all materials provided by Apex are covered under this one-year warranty.

Important: Materials furnished or supplied by others are not covered under this warranty.

Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond this period and will be honored according to their terms. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, acts of God, tampering, unauthorized repairs, or work performed outside the original scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

Contractor’s liability for any claim, loss, or damage related to this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer under this estimate. Contractor is not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be submitted to mediation prior to initiating litigation. All legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Seminole County, Florida.

9. Acceptance

By signing this estimate, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions herein. This agreement becomes effective upon signature and receipt of any required deposit.
